Undocumented Student Action Week - ICLS & HBAIE Immigration Screening Clinic

Registration

  • If you are an attorney or advocate who has experience and would be comfortable advising on immigration issues such as
    SIJS ;
    U-Visa, VAWA, and T-Visa;
    Naturalization (Citizenship);
    Adjustment of Status (Green Card applications);
    Deportation Defense*.
  • Attorney who practices in an area other than immigration and would benefit from a brief training on the screening for the following areas:

    SIJS ;
    U-Visa, VAWA, and T-Visa;
    Naturalization (Citizenship);
    Adjustment of Status (Green Card applications);
    Deportation Defense*.
Registration is closed

On Thursday, October 17, Students can attend a hybrid "Know Your Rights" Session on campus or via Zoom to learn about various forms of immigration relief.

AFTER the students attend the Know Your Rights session, they can request a one-on-one screening - these appointments can be virtual or in person at Crafton Hills College; if you would like to attend in person, we will have an opportunity for you to meet with a student and conduct their screening OR you can request to conduct the screening VIRTUALLY and the appointment can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time in the following week. 

***TRAINING DATE TBD BY THE END OF THIS WEEK - AND IT WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON!**** 

This is a great opportunity for both those with no experience in the immigration arena and those who are well-versed in immigration.
