Join us for a fun-filled morning of Beer Yoga at Route 30 Brewery Company.  Get ready to stretch, sip, and socialize at a private event open only to the HBAIE and Barristers and our guests. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, have a great time, and focus on health and wellness under the guidance of a 200h YTT certified yoga instructor. No prior yoga experience necessary. We welcome all levels! The cost is $10 per person (age 21 and older), which includes one complimentary drink. There is no fee for guests who are younger than age 21.
  • Check-in: 9:00–9:20 a.m.
  • Yoga (and beer!: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
  • Brunch: 11:00 a.m.
